More or less happy ending

OMG, I had so much fun fun fun with this picture, I got to draw Selma and little Ling Bouvier and all <3

This is part of my storyline separate of my personal "head canon" just to get Bob together with Selma. I've always thought that Bob was for a while genuinely in love with Selma, his criminal genious side just kicked in later. And you know, Selma might not be the most pretty catch, but I still think they would be much more even match that anything else if thinking Bob and women.

At first in my story (I would love to make full or comic about it, but it's so huge and would take so much time) Bob is happily married with Francesca, and they are in Springfield looking for place to settle down. Maybe Francesca is missing her home in Italy, or maybe she's too fiery head woman to be tamed, but she finds Springfied uninteresting and soon he finds Bob boring too, even though people say he's merciless murderer. She cheats Bob with some gorgeous guys and eventually she'll leave. Because she wants to be free from all boundaried, she leaves Gino to his dad.

So now Bob is alone with his son, without a job or place to live and still he must keep his baby fed and healthy. At some point he'll meet Selma (probably in Kwik-E-Market or somewhere else totally normal) and he feels old sting in his heart. Maybe Selma is looking little bit better that day, but Bob wants her back and he waits at her aparment, begging her to get him back.

But Selma won't give in, since she's not taking care of only herself, she's responsible of her baby. She cannot go with the flow of her emotions and take any man, since everything she does affects her precious girl. Bob is surprised to know that Selma is a mother now and promises to leave.

Eventually Selma changes her mind, it's probably because of her mother instinct after she realized that Bob has a son too, and he's suffering without proper home and love of a mother and all that.

So Bob moves in with Selma, Patty and little Ling, taking Gino with him, and it works rather nice at first. Still Bob cannot hold job long enough and with his crimal record he cannot get steady job and they are basicly living poorly with Selma's money and Patty's help. At the same time Cecil gets out of prison and he's having same sort of problems too, no job, no money, no home, and of course he comes to live with his brother and his extended family for a while. And that'll make their life even more poor and being so sophisticated and snob it really bothers both of the Terwilliger brothers.

And even though Bob doesn't want to loose Selma, and maybe because of it, he start to plot with brother some totally evil hoax to get money out of Krusty. I have not decided how that will happen, but I was thinking that it involved all sorts of silly silly stuff, like over the top acting, crossdressing, charming and taking every advance they can get. Think something silly, it'll be there! I was thinking that at this point Cecil would hook up with Mel, who is just divorced his wife and having his kids to live with him every other week. I thought it would be funny if Cecil was at this falling in love time passing by as woman, and he treats Mel badly too, so he doesn't believe it would ever work out if the truth came out.

Obviously their plot won't work and they end up in jail as always. For few days Selma won't come to see Bob, and once she does Bob is sure she'll just dump him and his son will end up being foster cared and all other horrible things, but as angry as Selma is, she shows how Gino and Ling are getting along so well. Gino especially is loving to be big brother to little girl^^ And well, Selma's sence of justice is little flexible, she eventually finds it endearing that Bob went this far to get more money for them, not to himself.

And well, what about Cecil... Mel just forgives anything^^

Hihi, I like this storyline, I just do, even though it is little sappy. And I had so much fun when drawing this, the coloring was most fun, and all the kids. Gino <3
